From our experience members seem to focus and comment on regular posts. So, we don't offer advertising in our featured post section.

Generally, Facebook allows posts that don't show nudity or have vulgar words. If your item or book is Adults Only, it's best to end the ad with something like "Adults only, please." or similar words.
